They are designed to make shopping easier and more fun for kids — so you don’t have to carry children and parents can enjoy a more relaxed shopping experience.

2. How does Gulf Kiddy Cars work?

• Visit one of our participating shopping centres or venues.
• Locate an available Kiddy car.
• Unlock the car (via our app).
• Let your child ride in the Kiddy car while you shop.
• When done, return and lock the car to a designated return area. Locking the car completes the hire.

3. What payment or hire methods are accepted?

We accept secure payment via methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay (or credit/debit card payments and Kent payments). All payment transactions are encrypted and no sensitive payment data is stored beyond what’s required for the transaction.

5. Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes — a refundable deposit is required at the beginning of each hire. The deposit will be refunded once you return and lock the Kiddy car at a designated return area.

If you fail to return or properly lock the Kiddy car, the hire remains active and you may forfeit your deposit and could be held liable for the replacement cost of the car. Contact customer support if you face any difficulties or believe there’s been an error.
